Chapter 11- A Nightmare

A wet wind was blowing freeing the sky from black rainy clouds, but no stars were peeping out of those clouds. The trees, the Goblin village and Yanasi house had disappeared, and Sibil was at the foot of a black grey mountain. No grass was growing and rocks were continuously rolling down its slopes. No animals. No living being. Only red eyes scattered here and there were looking at the young girl that was walking barefoot in a nightgown with her uncombed hair.
“Where am I?” asked herself Sibil, “What am I doing here? The last thing I remember is that I was in Yanasi guest room with Sam and we were chatting before going to sleep…by the way where is Sam? …he is not with me… I am scared … alone …and I feel suffocating eventhough it is chilly…no moon tonight and the place looks definitely gloomy. What are those red eyes?” she shivered.

Everything went suddenly black, but when she reopened her eyes she found herself in a tunnel inside the mountain where drops of water were dripping somewhere far away. She heard the sound of boots walking in the tunnel, and she pressed herself to the rock hoping not to be seen and to find the way out to Yanasi’s home as soon as possible. The boots stopped and Sibil turned the corner. She froze at what she saw.
A blue haired elf was keeping her mum and Peony captive inside a magic prison.
Sibil shouted but nobody heard her, so she shouted louder and she woke up sweating in her little bed next to Sam who was silently snoring.

Trembling she stood and woke Sam up: “I had a nightmare, our mums have been captured by a bad elf with blue hair, and now they are imprisoned in a mountain!” she started crying
“Are you sure it was not only a nightmare?”
“It was so real, so scaring…we have to do something NOW!” she cried.
“Alright, let’s woke Yanasi and see what she thinks.”
They stood but when they opened the room door Yanasi was there with a worried look. Sibil’s dream was true, then… a shiver ran down the children’s spine.
